He is an engineer and psychologist by profession. He met Buddhism through <a href=\"https:\/\/budismocostarica.com\/en\/lama-ole-nydahl-2\/\">Lama Ole<\/a> and took refuge with him in 1992, during his first course on conscious dying in Lima. She has been teaching at his request since 2006.
